Commercial Manager | E-Commerce & Airmail Logistics Specialist
Since moving to Singapore in 2000, I’ve built a career at the intersection of airmail transportation, e-commerce logistics, and network strategy, working with some of the most recognised names in the industry. Today, I serve as Commercial Manager, Sales and Operations at SkyNet, where I help shape commercial direction and operational efficiency across global markets.
My journey began with DHL GlobalMail, where I spent five years managing network and commercial operations. I later joined Singapore Post, first as Senior Manager overseeing mail conveyance—both air and surface—and later returned as AVP of Network Solutions, driving innovation in postal logistics.
Along the way, I led cargo sales for e-commerce and airmail at Etihad Cargo, and founded my own e-commerce business, gaining hands-on experience in both B2C and C2C models. These roles deepened my understanding of the evolving needs of National Postal Operators and e-commerce platforms, and I’ve since developed tailored routing and operational solutions that reflect those demands.
I’m known for my global network, particularly within the e-commerce and postal sectors, and I thrive on building strategic partnerships that move the industry forward. My approach is analytical yet instinctive—driven by statistical insight, quick decision-making, and a sharp eye for detail. I’m not one to simply follow instructions, but I always respect company guidelines and values.
Colleagues and clients often describe me as charismatic, decisive, and a natural mentor. In recent years, some have even taken to calling me “Master”—a nickname I wear with a smile, and a sense of responsibility.
