His experience spans P&L management, supply chain, sales and marketing, brand and communications, and customer experience, giving him a broad and integrated view of what it takes to build resilient, high-performing organisations.
Trained in Corporate Governance and Sustainability (ESG), JK brings a principled, forward-looking approach to leadership. He is deeply committed to “paying it forward,” helping companies and leaders thrive through clarity, discipline, and purpose-driven decision-making.
JK is a Certified Chair and an active member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He serves on the Advisory Council of Supply Chain Asia and previously contributed to the Singapore Polytechnic Business School Advisory Council.
