His career spans energy storage, automotive materials, and industrial refrigeration, with a consistent focus on driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and corporate transformation.
As Managing Partner of Energon Consulting Asia, Christophe advises multinational and regional organisations on growth strategy, operational optimisation, and market expansion across APAC. Previously, as Managing Director Asia Pacific and Board Director, he led major transformation programmes that strengthened governance, improved profitability, and positioned the organisation for IPO readiness.
His earlier executive roles contributed to sustained regional expansion, successful M&A integrations, and industry leadership.
