Roxane Desmicht is a recognised thought leader in supply chain management, with over two decades of experience across the high-tech and semiconductor sectors. Her career spans product development, project and account management, and end-to-end supply chain operations, giving her a broad and practical foundation to support transformation at scale.
In recent years, Roxane has focused on driving digital innovation in supply chain and operations, helping organisations adapt to shifting technologies and global challenges. She shares her time between her advisory practice, academic teaching roles in supply chain and operations management, and her work as a professional coach.
Roxane also contributes at board level, serving on the Advisory Board of the National University of Singapore’s Industrial Engineering faculty and the legal tech start-up, Miai Law.
