With over 27 years of experience spanning automotive, enterprise SaaS, fintech, and smart mobility, I bring a rare blend of digital foresight, commercial acumen, and executional rigour to every initiative I lead. As a GAICD-qualified executive and a certified expert in Fintech Innovation from the National University of Singapore, I operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and market relevance.
My career has been defined by delivering tangible business impact—over US$300 million in value—through platform innovation, go-to-market strategy, and regional expansion across ASEAN and India. At TVS Digital, I spearheaded the development of an industry-first Autotech platform, integrating retail sales, after-sales services, and microfinancing into a seamless digital journey for multi-brand dealerships and customers in emerging markets.
Prior to that, at Continental Automotive, I co-founded the NTU-Continental FOCUS Lab, championed the company’s digitisation roadmap, and launched smart city and XaaS business models to reduce OEM dependency. My work has often bridged the private and public sectors, including close collaboration with Singapore’s government agencies and academic institutions on autonomous transport and ecosystem innovation.
